Whilst we may not always be advertising positions vacant, we are more than happy for people to pop in with a resume and introduce themselves to the owners (Clayton and Toby) or the manager (Michelle) during the quieter periods (i.e. before 11am and after 3pm weekdays).

Work-Experience & Student Learning:

We are also interested in promoting the future of our industry and as such, enjoy having work experience, school based trainees and school based apprentices working with us and learning from us.

If you are interested in a school-based traineeship (generally front of house in retail) or a school-based apprenticeship (generally kitchen operations), we welcome you to look at the information below, and if you wish to persue this option, complete the application form. Please note that we are now currently looking for staff/students for 2009 - we are happy to begin students over the christmas period to allow them a settling in time. Should the student wish to continue with a school-based-traineeship, we are happy to backdate their training to include workhours accrued over the christmas period before school resumes next year.
